We stumbled onto this diamond in the rough during an amazing Berlin trip. Finding and exploring the Computerspielemuseum (Computer games museum) may have been the highlight of my time there.
Entry for the 3 of us was only €19. This quiet, tucked-away museum showcases the history of games with German and English exhibits, playable hardware, and a lovely little guest shop with unique items you can’t get anywhere else. The only remotely similar thing I’ve seen in my travels is the Art of Video Games exhibit at the Smithsonian in 2012.
